After speaking with the real owner, Claudia, I wish to change my review. Apparently the company has an installer who worked with us, claiming to own the company and he was the one who dropped the ball and threatened my wife and I. His contract and quote has PVW on it with their fax but his phone number. That bad review will go to the proper vendor.
Now, let me praise this window. I have never seen such a well built French door. Everything about it is high grade and we enjoy it every day.

Since my review, PVW’s owner, Claudia, reached out to me directly to rectify the issues outlined in my initial review. She immediately scheduled a team to come out to install the screen for our kitchen window, patch the sections of drywall, reseal and smooth the finishing nails and remove/replace the screw in the sliding door frame. The team was detailed in remedying these prior issues and thoroughly cleaned when they were done. I feel confident in PVW’s lifetime warranty should any concerns arise. Thank you PVW and Claudia!
