Important Notice on Energy Efficiency and Federal Tax Credits

At Pure Vinyl Windows, we take pride in manufacturing high-quality, energy-efficient windows and doors designed to meet California Title 24 energy standards. Our products are approved for both new construction and remodeling projects throughout the state.

Beginning January 1, 2025, the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) requires that only products manufactured by federally registered Energy Star® partners may qualify for the Federal Energy-Efficient Home Improvement Tax Credit. While our windows and doors are built with the same energy-saving technologies — including Low-E glass, argon gas, and insulated frames — our products are not currently listed under the federal Energy Star tax credit program. This means you can still enjoy energy-efficient comfort, lower utility bills, and Title 24 compliance — but the federal tax credit does not apply.
